Why I Created Blueprint Evolution
The Turning Point
Growing up in challenging environments, I spent years struggling with self-sabotage and emotional imbalance (even while competing as a Junior Olympic athlete).
I tried many forms of therapy and treatment, but eventually realized I was only addressing the mind, while the body continued carrying stress, emotions, and survival patterns.
The Discovery
Healing started when I began listening to my body instead of working against it. Through personal experience and studying psychology, nutrition, somatic foundations, and Blue Zone lifestyles, I began to understand the connection between mind, body, and sustainable wellness.
